Buy the new Decimation Blvd album!

I just submitted a 13-second song entitled "Crime Parade" for a compilation called 13,000.00 Milliseconds tentatively coming out early '08 on Ratskin Records. The concept of the entire piece is very interesting and you can read about it in depth here. The band listing is pretty fucking rad.

Thanks to everyone who came out to see Cream Abdul Babar last month. That tour was fun as hell and we are already booking another Northeast tour in May 2008. Also, thanks to everyone who bought a Decimation Blvd cd or shirt - I truly appreciate it.

"Put Your Hand in Fire" (the song, not the album) has been released on a compilation called Music for Free-Thinking People. The fine folks at Alternative Apparel put it out. You can get one free from them with their new Fall catalog. There is also an interview with DB in it. The whole shebang is really a feast for your ears and eyes. The hills have eyes, too.

I've been busy as hell putting together everything for my new album. Look a few paragraphs below for info on it. Public Guilt is putting the stuff together as we speak in time for an October release.

I've got some shirts on order, so if you want one, let me know and we'll work something out. I put a deer with fangs eating Ronald Reagan's head. That guy sucked, he was the beginning of America's great corporate ruling class. I spit on his grave, just like I'd pretty much spit on any Republican's grave. New stickers have arrived, too.

Looks like my rock band Cream Abdul Babar is officially back together. But then again, do we ever really break up? We just threaten eachother alot. I'm a busy beaver designer new tour posters, shirts and other merch for our upcoming October tour. You will be able to get the dates here but as of today, they aren't posted yet.

Also, I'm finishing up the music and artwork for my upcoming release on Public Guilt. There will be about 6 songs and it clocks in at less than 20 minutes so you won't get too bored. The art will be custom silk-screened and this will be limited to 100 pieces (of shit).

Also, my boyfriend's nephew Wes Painter and I did a remix of Darsombra's Nymphaea. Still needs a few more tweaks, but I'm digging it. Sounds like it could've been a Meatjack or Cream Abdul Babar song.

Guess what? Decimation's first release is out, just like your gay uncle. I contributed a song and did the packaging/layout for it and -- *ahem* -- it looks awesome if I do say so myself. My twin brother David also has a new song on there with his new band Mermaids. For the other bands on it, click here. This thing smokes, the songs are fucking brilliant and there are a TON of them. The killer art was done by people who also contribute songs to the album (my fave is Chris of Magicicada's silk worm). Public Guilt is selling these for a mere $15 and TRUST ME, this thing is worth every penny. 55 artists, 3 CD's, 225 minutes, bad ass box set packaging. Really, you can't beat this. Get it now or die.

I'm writing making some new songs and I'll holler about them when I am ready to let you hear them.

Public Guilt will be putting out a comp soon and DB is going to be on it.

Yours truly,
Tradd
